Mentoring
Mentoring is a type of coaching based on what you wish to discuss and work on. It can be about what is happening in your life, working through issues, business related (I was a Business Mentor for 15 years) as well as a kinesiology mentor since the 1990's or more personal development. I have experience in many different fields from both working background and from life. Mentoring is to inspire you, give your guidance and direction, help you find the next step - it is about planting seeds, calling on past experience, demonstrating, mirroring back, as a companion walking alongside you as your build your confidence and help find your purpose.
Mentoring is also about thrashing out your ideas, problems and plans. Its getting things into order and working out solutions and developing an action plan. Mentoring is a great way to organise your mind, take back control and move on with your life. Its not therapy, its about the here and now and our future, but our past can either add to this or undermine us, so thought pattens can be worked on as well.

There is two types of mentoring for kinesiology. Mentoring - once qualified as a practitioner is where you require four sessions while finishing your 200 insured client hours, complete your core subjects (I offer Practice Management and Interpersonal Skills) in order to become a fully qualified professional Kinesiologist.

Mentoring is also a good way to improve your work, or to shine a light on an aspect of your life, whether in your work life or personal life. For kinesiologists, in order to enhance your practice it counts as CPD.
The cost is £65 for one hour. To book a session please email me
